1. Acceptance

By using this website, creating an account or sending a request, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and the information you provide must be accurate.

3. Orders & pricing

Prices are in US dollars; amounts in other currencies are approximate. A subscription request is non-binding until payment is confirmed and the subscription activated by us. We may change prices in the future without affecting paid cycles.

4. Payment & renewal

Subscriptions are paid in advance per cycle (monthly or annual) and renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

5. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle. Refund terms are set in the quote or contract.

6. Intellectual property

The system, its code, design and brand are ours unless agreed otherwise in writing (e.g. a source-code buyout). Your data remains yours.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity or attempt to breach or abuse it.

8. Liability

We do our best to keep the service available and secure, and are not liable for indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country specified in the contract or quote.
